AskGeez guide

Ask privately, with clear limits on retention.

AskGeez is designed for account-free questions and short-lived conversation storage. Privacy depends on more than one service, so this page explains what AskGeez controls and what it cannot promise.

Ask Your First Question FreeSee credit pricing

No customer account is required

Customers can ask a first question without registering an email address, password or account. A secure HttpOnly cookie identifies an anonymous wallet for up to 90 days and renews when the customer returns. A recovery code can restore unused credits on another browser.

Wallet balances and recovery-code hashes are stored separately from conversation content. Do not share a recovery code: anyone who has it may be able to restore the associated wallet.

Conversation deletion and outside providers

AskGeez removes conversation content and uploads from its active storage 24 hours after the last interaction, and customers can delete sooner or extend the conversation manually. This does not promise erasure from infrastructure backups or systems controlled by other providers.

Questions may be processed by OpenAI to generate an answer. AskGeez requests storage-disabled processing, but OpenAI may retain data for abuse and security monitoring under its own policy, commonly up to 30 days. Stripe and infrastructure providers also have their own retention policies.

No advertising trackers or data sales

AskGeez does not sell personal data or install advertising trackers. It uses limited security controls such as short-lived hashed network counters to reduce abuse. Essential payment and credit records are retained separately from temporary conversation content.

Read the privacy policy for details before uploading sensitive material. Your first question is free; additional independent questions cost one $1 credit.
