What to ask about a document

Try asking for the document’s purpose, key obligations, dates, fees, conditions, exceptions, or questions that remain unanswered. For a long file, identify the pages or topic you care about and ask for a concise explanation of those sections first.

Supported uploads include PDF, DOCX and text files. You can also ask about an image. Request exact quotations when wording matters, then compare any quotation or summary with the original document before relying on it.

Keep the analysis grounded

AskGeez can organize what appears in the supplied file, but it may misread scans, tables, handwriting or context. It does not certify authenticity, give professional legal or financial advice, or submit a document to another service. Ask for uncertainties and missing details to be identified instead of guessed.

For contracts, government notices, medical records, tax documents or other consequential material, confirm deadlines and decisions with the issuing organization or a qualified professional.

Upload only what is needed

Remove unnecessary personal information before upload when possible. AskGeez deletes conversations and uploaded documents from active storage 24 hours after the last interaction. OpenAI and infrastructure providers may retain limited data under their own policies; see the privacy policy for those limits.

Your first question is free. Each new independent question or reasonable task after that costs one $1 credit. Clarifications and reasonable continuations of the same task are included within reasonable limits.
