What an AI explanation can help with

Legal language can be difficult to scan. AskGeez can restate a passage in everyday language, identify dates or defined terms, compare clauses you provide, and help draft a list of questions for a licensed professional. It can also explain why location and the type of matter may change the rules.

For a document, ask for a summary of the parties, obligations, deadlines, exceptions and unclear wording. Then compare each point against the original text. A summary is a starting point, not a replacement for reading the full document.

Verify deadlines and high-stakes decisions

Do not rely on an AI response alone to calculate a filing deadline, decide whether to sign, respond to a court or government notice, or determine your legal rights. Rules differ by jurisdiction and situation, and deadlines can be strict. Contact a licensed attorney, legal aid organization or the issuing office for authoritative guidance.

AskGeez does not provide legal representation, create an attorney-client relationship, file documents, or submit forms to a court or agency. It can help you prepare a draft or organize the facts for a professional review.

Use careful prompts and protect your information

State the country, state or province, the general issue, and the wording you want explained. You can remove names, account numbers, addresses and signatures before uploading. AskGeez conversations and files are deleted from active storage 24 hours after the last interaction; the privacy policy explains limits on deletion by providers and infrastructure services.

Your first question is free. Each later independent question or task costs one $1 credit. Reasonable continuations of the same task are included within usage limits. Review every draft and obtain qualified advice before taking legal action.
